Terms of Business

  • For 16mm Bookings the weekly rate of 4 x published day rate will apply.
  • For 35mm, the weekly rate of 3 x published day rate will apply.
  • For Video bookings, the weekly rate of 5 x published day rate will apply. A week is defined for these purposes as seven consecutive days of hire.
  • Published rates are exclusive of VAT and are expressed in pounds sterling.
  • It is imperative that customers and their insurers read Aimimage's Terms and Conditions (further copies available on request), as exemption or modification of liability of the "company" or indemnity from the "customer" may apply.
  • We reserve the right to add our costs in the recovery of any outstanding amounts owing.
  • Minimum hire charge £25.

Aimimage Camera Company and The Camden Studio draw on the many years of experience that each member of staff brings to the team. Our ultimate aim is to provide our clients with the best possible facilities and services matching any other film and television facilities company worldwide. 

We make every effort to ensure that all services and equipment are provided with the highest standard of reliability. Clients can expect our full support from preparation to the presentation and delivery of every project.

We aim to promote best standards and practice through regular staff training. Staff are provided with in-house training for relevant tasks and activities. This training is supported by the use of written guidelines, and regular attendance at relevant external courses.

Environment

Aimimage is committed to an environmentally favorable workplace and in order to fulfil our commitments resolve to:

  • Recycle our paper.
  • Recycle our batteries.
  • Use low energy light bulbs.
  • Turn off all machinery and redundant lighting when not in use.
